We can come to a common understanding that distractions are aplenty. We can also come to a common understanding that even if we increase the size of the target; chances are that we are still not going to hit that numero uno target.
This is one of the reasons why sales and marketing teams rarely make a huge bump in sales, even though the companies / brands they work for, markedly increase their commissions and incentives.
They have to have their “eye on the ball”. For that, each individual person on the team has to know why he /she is in it for, and collectively as a team; then speak the same language to hit that numero uno target..
