Is it ok to feel sorry for yourself? Yes, it is. It is an emotion. Humans are emotional beings. It is better to look at it as taking a step back, resting and taking stock of things.
It is important to recognize this state of one’s self, to be able to come out of it quickly, to bounce back stronger and better than ever before, moving forward.
