You are going through a rough patch now. All may seem bleak. Allow yourself the space, a moment in time to get in touch with your feelings. You will soon get direction.

Dig your heels in. Just keep going forward and don’t give up on yourself. There’s a light at the end of the tunnel.

And despite hitting rock bottom, you got back up. Just when you thought you wouldn’t see a light at the end of the tunnel; you created it. It is not about how many times you fell or how you hit rock bottom. It is about how you picked yourself up.
