It is Saturday afternoon. Yes, just 10 minutes past the hour of two.
This article is a bit late. I am scribbling real fast, before I can think of words. Scribbling you can imagine. Those who know me will think that scribbling is a trade mark of mine.
I remember my Standard Four (Year Four in today’s recognition) teacher of La Salle Primary School, Klang; the late Mrs, Mun (always fondly remembered, bless her heart), remembered me for my handwriting. It must have created a huge impact on her because when we met again after 46 years, the very first thing she asked was, “Alan, how is your handwriting?” I was moved, that she still remembers me well. … I remember her for her pronunciation of the word, “medicine”. She would always say, “med-cine”, not pronouncing the middle letter “I” in the word. She was tall, or looked tall with her high hairdo, well, at least to a 10-year old back then.
Coming back to scribbling, how does one scribble on a Samsung Galaxy Fold Five? This is the tool that I am writing / working on this article, with.
Scribbling is possible because I am using the Microsoft Swiftkey Keyboard app, when I am not thumb-typing / tapping on the keyboard to form words, sentences, paragraphs and articles (such as this).
My wife, Jeannie: the Batik Influencer and I, the Hatted Writer; are here at Amcorp Mall, Petaling Jaya, manning our booth F1.08 (the same location for over 1.5 months. We are here today and tomorrow.

I will be taking part in the Book Fest weekend, here at Amcorp Mall which is two weekends from now. I have just been told by Datin Lisa, one of the co-organisers of this very special weekend, that I am slated in to give a talk on my book. I will fill you in on the details in the coming days.
