What has swimming got to do with financial planning?

Sports – Wanted to be a World Champion swimmer at the age of nine. Became a state swimmer for the state of Selangor, Malaysia.
Was among the top 3 in Malaysia for her swim discipline in her age group.

Studies: Wanted to study Entrepreneurship. And still do competitive swimming at the same time. And she did. Millikin University.
Achieved Dean’s List recognition all seven semesters.

Insurance: Financial Life Planner, including Life Insurance and Takaful. Laura is determined to offer the best possible solution for everyone.

DETERMINED. CONFIDENT.

THE PAST IS GONE.
WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER IT.

THE FUTURE IS YET TO COME.
WE HAVE SOME CONTROL GETTING TOWARDS IT.
WE DON’T HAVE CONTROL OF ITS OUTCOME.

THE PRESENT IS ALIVE.
IT IS AMAZING.
GRASP IT.
LIVE IT.
ENJOY IT.
BREATHE IT.
IT IS ALL BUT A MOMENT…BEFORE IT BECOMES THE PAST.

ALL TOO OFTEN, WE FORGET THAT OUR PRESENT WAS PRETTY MUCH DETERMINED BY OUR PAST.
WE SPEND TOO LITTLE TIME IN THE PRESENT BECAUSE WE HAVE NO TIME;
WE NEED TO PREPARE FOR OUR FUTURE.
